The research institute InnoRenew CoE and University of Primorska organized the InnoRenew CoE International Conference 2024,
The conference took place 11-12 September 2024 in Izola, Slovenia, and provided a forum to explore renewable materials and their use for creating healthy, sustainable buildings during different thematic sessions. Researchers discussed emerging science and innovations in renewable materials that can be used in the built environment to enhance human and environmental well-being.
In the panel Sustainability and energy efficiency of buildings, Prof. Dr Andreja Kutnar presented joined work with Dr. Daša Majcen, with the title: Wood products manufacturing in Slovenia: overview of the data to support green transition of the forest based value-chain. The results of MAXIWOOD Marie Curie project were shown and discussed.
